The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, National Capital Area Chapter conducts a peer facilitated support group for adults with mood disorders. Meetings are held in Room 6111 at the George Washington University Hospital on Thursday evenings. Social time is from 7:00 to 7:30 with the support group meeting starting at 7:30 PM. At that time attendees break into small groups. Those arriving after 7:40 may join a group at 8:30 PM.
DBSA is the county's largest patient run mental health advocacy ortanization.
