NOTICE TO HEIRS OF JOHN DAVIS
John Davis, who lived at 200 Q Street, NE #2530 Washington, DC 20002, at the time of their reported death, is the subject of an action for a Complaint for Possession by Plaintiff Van Metre Pershing House Apartments, LLC, in the Landlord and Tenant Branch of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Case No. 2026 LTB 1444. A judgment for possession may lead to eviction and the loss of personal property in the residence.
Any interested persons, including but not limited to creditors, heirs and legatees of the decedent, shall appear (in person, by video, or by phone) on April 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Landlord and Tenant Court (see dccourts.gov for directions or instructions on how to attend virtual hearings in this court), to show cause if there by any reason why the complaint for possession should not be granted and the plaintiff take possession, dispose of, or take any other action as ordered by this Court of any personal property contained in the unit.
