NOTICE TO HEIRS OF DONNA SMALL
Donna Small was a tenant at 222 M Street SW, #303, Washington, DC 20024 at the time of her reported death, and is the subject of an action for a Complaint for Possession by Plaintiff BDC Valo LLC in the Landlord and Tenant Branch of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Case No. 2026-LTB-003986. A judgment for possession may lead to eviction and the loss of personal property in the residence.
Any interested person, including but not limited to creditors, heirs, and legatees of the decedent, shall appear (by video or by phone) on June 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Landlord and Tenant Court B-109 dccourts.webex.com/meet/ctbb109 (see dccourts.gov for instructions on how to attend virtual hearings in this court), to show cause if there be any reason why the complaint for possession should not be granted and the plaintiff take possession, dispose of, or take any other action as ordered by this Court of any personal property contained in the unit.
